STRAIGHT OUTTA YIA YIA’S KITCHEN
Yia Yia’s kitchen just wasn’t big enough for the public… and the health department might have taken exception with Niko’s pet goat skittering around everywhere. But, that’s the way we thought it would stay and people would have to continue their lives without experiencing the flake of Yia Yia’s spanakopita or the tang of her tzatziki. It’s true - nobody does tragedy better than Greeks. Then the food truck revolution came, and we realized…it didn’t have to be that way any more! Yia Yia’s kitchen could have room for everybody! (Except for you, pet goat. #sorrynotsorry)
So, we put our new dreams into drive. Now every day is filled with passion, loaded with adventure, and - as always - fueled by feta.
We think Yia Yia would approve.
